Warranty and Disclaimers

All rifles sold by Airsoft US - KA Tech Airsoft come with a 3 month labor only warranty. If anything breaks on the rifle or you have any issues, we will repair the rifle for you free of charge, you’ll only need to pay for the parts being replaced/repaired, and shipping the rifle too and from our shop (we get extremely discounted shipping rates). Once the rifle is out of warranty we will still gladly repair the rifle for you but will be subject to variable labor repair cost depending on difficulty of repair (normally around $75). Airsoft US - KA Tech Airsoft is not responsible for any shipping damages, all packages come with a $100 insurance which can be claimed on UPS website. All sales are final and if you’d like to return the rifle there is a 50% restocking fee.

Most items sold by Airsoft US - KA Tech Airsoft are refurbished, meaning they are used but have been cleaned, maintained, re lubricated, and fully tuned. These items are in very good condition unless stated otherwise in the product description. If items are brand new this will also be stated in the product description. All Polarstar engines in builds are either lightly used for testing and tuning, or brand new
