Warranty and Disclaimers

All rifles sold by KA Tech Airsoft come with a 3 month labor only warranty. If anything breaks on the rifle or you have any issues, we will repair the rifle for you free of charge, you’ll only need to pay for the parts being replaced/repaired, and shipping the rifle too and from our shop (we get extremely discounted shipping rates). Once the rifle is out of warranty we will still gladly repair the rifle for you but will be subject to variable labor repair cost depending on difficulty of repair. KA Tech Airsoft is not responsible for any shipping damages, all packages come with a $100 insurance which can be claimed on UPS website. There is a 25% restocking fee when returning any merchandise, depending on if there is any damage to the product(s) an additional fee will be included.

Some items sold by KA Tech Airsoft are refurbished, meaning they are used but have been cleaned, maintained, re lubricated, and fully tuned. These items are in very good condition unless stated otherwise in the product description but may or may not have lost function of the safety, charging handle, and bolt catch/dust cover because of the HPA conversion. If items are brand new this will also be stated in the product description. All Polarstar engines in builds are either lightly used for testing and tuning, or brand new
