Because the HK416 buffer tube threads are not compatible with Polarstars CGS co2 stock, major modifications had to be made in order to fit the CGS stock into the lower receiver. With some precision machining and permanent bond/adhesive the buffer tube is fused together with the lower receiver. Your still able to maintain the regulator, swap between 12g & 33g CGS inserts, and have all the same functions as if it was just threaded on. The bonds have been extensively stress tested to ensure they dont fail under harsh circumstances. This rifle functions as one solid unit, holding the thrown as one of the best HPA rifles money can buy.
